Plan Your Pregnancy Journey

This two-in-one calculator helps expectant parents estimate their baby's due date and track pregnancy progress, as well as identify the most fertile days for those trying to conceive. Simply enter the first day of your last menstrual period and your typical cycle length.

Due Date Calculator

Based on Naegele's Rule (the standard medical formula), the calculator adds 280 days to your LMP date, adjusted for your personal cycle length. You'll see:

  • Your estimated due date with days remaining countdown
  • Current pregnancy week and day (e.g., 24+3)
  • Which trimester you're in, with a visual progress bar
  • Key milestone dates: conception, end of each trimester, and due date

Ovulation & Fertility Calculator

Switch to the Ovulation tab to find your most fertile days. The calculator identifies your estimated ovulation day and the 6-day fertile window when conception is most likely to occur.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the due date calculated?
The estimated due date is calculated using Naegele's Rule: add 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). If your cycle is longer or shorter than 28 days, the calculator adjusts accordingly by adding or subtracting the difference.
How accurate is the due date estimate?
Only about 5% of babies are born on their exact due date. Most births occur within 2 weeks before or after the estimated date. An ultrasound measurement in the first trimester is generally considered more accurate than LMP-based calculation.
When is the fertile window?
The fertile window typically spans 5 days before ovulation through 1 day after. Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before the start of your next period. Sperm can survive up to 5 days in the reproductive tract, which is why the window extends before ovulation.
What are the three trimesters?
The first trimester covers weeks 1-12, the second trimester weeks 13-27, and the third trimester weeks 28-40. Each trimester brings different developmental milestones and physical changes.
