Everything comes to one address: hello@anyhelp.me. There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you write on a server, and this site does not have one.

Reporting an Incorrect Figure

This is the most useful message you can send. Tax bands, insurance rates and thresholds change, and a calculator can be out of date between a change and an update. If a number here no longer matches the official source, we want to know.

Because every tool runs in your browser, nothing you enter is logged anywhere, which means we genuinely cannot see what happened and have to reproduce it from your description. Four things make that possible:

• The page address, so we know which tool and which language version.
• The values you entered.
• The result you got, and the result you expected.
• Where the correct figure comes from, if you have it. A government page or official rate table is ideal.

A report with the official source attached can usually be verified and fixed the same day. A report saying a tool is wrong without saying how takes considerably longer, because the first step is guessing at the inputs.

Reporting a Bug

For something that does not work rather than something that calculates wrongly (for example, a button that does nothing, a file that will not convert, or a layout that breaks), the browser and device matter, since most such problems are specific to one or the other. If your browser has a developer console, any error text in it is the single most useful thing you can paste.

Suggesting a Tool

Suggestions are welcome, and the ones that get built tend to describe the problem rather than the solution. Knowing what you were trying to work out, and what you did instead because no tool existed, is more useful than a feature specification. It often turns out an existing tool needs one more field rather than a new tool being needed at all.

Privacy and Data Questions

If you want to know what is collected, by whom, or how to opt out, our Privacy Policy covers it, and the About page describes which requests the site makes and why. If something there is unclear or appears not to match what you observe in your browser, that is worth writing about. An inaccurate description of our own behaviour is a problem we would want to fix quickly.

We cannot give financial, tax, legal or medical advice, or tell you what to do in your particular circumstances. These are calculation tools, and the numbers they produce are a starting point for a conversation with a qualified professional rather than a substitute for one.

Replies are sent as quickly as we can manage, and messages that include the details above are answered fastest simply because they can be acted on immediately.
